Reporting infringement
If you believe material on DNN Post infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our copyright agent that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for them
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
- The URL of each page on DNN Post that contains the material
- Your name, address, phone number and email address
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner

What happens next
When we receive a complete notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material and let the person who provided it know. Incomplete notices may delay our response.
Counter-notification
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same address, including:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- A description of the material removed and the URL where it appeared
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, phone number and email address, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and to accept service from the person who sent the original notice
We may restore the material unless the copyright owner tells us they have filed a court action.
Repeat infringers
We may remove content from, or block access for, anyone who repeatedly infringes copyright.
Misuse
Knowingly sending a false notice or counter-notification may make you liable for damages. If you are unsure whether material infringes your rights, please seek legal advice before sending a notice.
