Israel said it carried out a new wave of airstrikes targeting Iranian security and government command centers across Tehran as the conflict with Iran escalates and retaliatory attacks spread across the Gulf.
The Israeli military said its air force struck several high-level sites in the Iranian capital, including security headquarters used by the government to coordinate internal control and military operations.
Israeli officials described the targets as key command facilities tied to the Iranian regime’s leadership and security apparatus.
The strikes come as Iran continues retaliatory attacks on U.S. and allied targets across the Middle East.
Explosions and drone strikes were reported near U.S. diplomatic and military facilities in places such as Dubai and Qatar, part of a broader Iranian response to U.S.-Israeli operations.
Iran has also launched missiles and drones toward several Gulf countries hosting U.S. assets, including Qatar and the United Arab Emirates, causing damage and casualties in some locations.
The war has rapidly expanded beyond Iran and Israel, with attacks now affecting multiple countries across the region and raising concerns of a wider Middle East conflict.
Casualties have climbed into the hundreds in Iran as the fighting intensifies and both sides continue large-scale military operations.
